RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
This Returns and Exchanges Policy outlines your rights as a client of Apartment 6, including your options for cancellation, return, and exchange, as well as how we process refunds in accordance with our commitment to a seamless and trustworthy luxury shopping experience.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel the contract created by our written order confirmation within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund, and within 15 days to request an exchange, for jewellery items from our collection.

A team member will guide you through the return process. Cancellations or returns received beyond these timeframes may not be accepted. Custom orders, engraved items, and resized jewellery are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
RETURN PROCESS
To return or exchange your item, please:
Email info@apartment6.co.uk with your order number, full name, and reason for return or exchange.
Follow the return instructions provided by our Client Services team.
Ensure the item is securely packaged with:
All original protective materials, tags, stickers, and packaging
Accessories and any complimentary items received with your purchase
The original proof of purchase
Ship the return using the instructions and address provided.
Only items received at our authorized return location will be eligible for inspection and processing.
CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in perfect condition
All protective materials intact
Tags, labels, and stickers attached
Original box, accessories, and documentation included
Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration may not be accepted, or may result in a partial refund at our discretion.
Custom-made, engraved, or resized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
All returned products undergo a strict Quality Control inspection to ensure they meet the conditions stated above. Items that fail QC will be returned to the customer.
REFUNDS
Upon approval, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Clients may request store credit as an alternative.
Please note:
Refunds are issued only to the purchaser of the item.
Delivery fees, duties, and applicable taxes paid at purchase are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different one from our collection, the original item must be returned under the conditions above. Once verified and approved, a new order may be placed.
If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded to the original method of payment or offered as store credit.
